MCP Terms of Use
This MCP server exposes a public read-only interface to the GetValetParking.com US directory.
Permitted
Real-time agent queries grounded in a user intent. Examples: a user asks an LLM for a valet near a venue, the LLM calls the MCP server, the LLM presents results to the user. The query is scoped to the user task and discarded after the response.
Prohibited
- Bulk extraction of the operator list, the cities directory, or any aggregate view of the data
- Dataset construction for redistribution or commercial resale
- Scraping at scale, whether via the MCP endpoint or via web crawlers on the directory pages
- Training-data construction from MCP responses
- Reposting operator data on competing directories or aggregator sites
Operator data is licensed to GetValetParking.com by individual operators. Redistribution would breach the license under which the data was contributed.
Rate limits and abuse circuit
The MCP server enforces a per-IP-per-day cap and a per-(IP, session) cost-points budget. Abuse triggers a 24-hour tarpit. Per-tool kill switches are available to operators as a manual override. The full cost-points table is published at /mcp/docs.
