valet are priced per attendant per hour. We estimate attendants as
one per 30-35 vehicles for arrival flow plus 2-3 retrieval staff
at peak.
- Per-vehicle services

Hotel and resort valet bill per vehicle per night, integrated with
the property's room-charge system. Quote scales with vehicle count,
not event hours.
- Contract services

Hospital and medical valet uses multi-year monthly-fixed contracts
with HIPAA-aware staffing. Major venue valet (stadiums, country
clubs, casinos) uses property-level contracts with security-cleared
or member-protocol-trained crews. Per-event pricing typically
doesn't apply. Submit a quote request for a contracted number.
- Minimum staffing blocks

Most operators enforce a 4-hour minimum for restaurant work and a
5-hour minimum for weddings. Shorter requests may be priced at the
minimum.
- Surcharges to expect

Travel outside the city limits, curbside permit fees, holiday-night
premiums (typically 1.25-1.5x), and rain/snow contingency staffing.
