How do I find a valet operator near me?

Open the app and tap the Near me button on the Home or Search screen. We'll ask for permission to use your location once, then show operators ranked by distance from where you are.

How do I search for valet in a specific city?

Tap the Search tab to type a city name, or browse from the Home screen by selecting a state and then drilling into the city you want. Every state and city in our directory has a dedicated results page.

How do I request a quote?

Open any operator profile and tap Request a quote. Fill in your name, email, event details, guest count, and date, then submit. No account is required. The operator receives your request and follows up by email.

Why do I need to allow location?

Location is only used when you tap Near me, and only while the app is in the foreground. We don't track your location in the background, and you can deny or change the permission at any time in your device settings.

For valet operators

If you run a valet operation and want to manage your listing, update services, or reply to leads, please use our web admin at backend.getvaletparking.com/admin. Operator tools are web-only; the iOS app is a consumer browse and quote-request surface.
