Generally, yes. Valet service is still available in rain, snow, wind, and heat, and it is often more valuable in rough weather because guests stay dry instead of walking across a wet lot. Crews come prepared: umbrellas at the drop-off point, clean floor mats, and dry hands before anyone gets into a vehicle. The practical exception is extreme weather. Conditions severe enough to stop a valet crew, like flooding, an ice storm, or dangerous winds, are usually severe enough that the whole event is postponed or cancelled anyway. Short of that, talk with your operator early about a covered or sheltered drop-off zone, extra staff to shorten waits in the rain, and a backup plan if a lot floods or ices over. Outdoor events may need a tent or canopy over the valet stand so the crew can keep working safely.
